Rene Marie Russo has been a supermodel, actress and film maker in America. She is known for her beautiful beauty and her long-standing presence in the competitive film industry reflects her talents and abilities as a performer. She began modeling in the 70s. She soon became one the top models. At the beginning of 1990 she was enrolled in the theatre and acting. Then after that, in Los Angeles and California she appeared on stage for the first time. Russo's first film role was ABCs 1987 drama Sable In the show, she was Eden Kendell. She portrayed Tom Berengers' love interest the following year with Major League, her debut movie. Critics were initially skeptical of her ability as an actor however her steady performances won them over. They particularly loved her performance in Wolfgang Petersen's Outbreak in which she held her own against the likes as Dustin Hoffman and Morgan Freeman. But, as per her own admissions, she was never passionate about the acting. In 2005 she was forced to take a break for a while. In the film Thor it was her return to her acting. The Oscar-winning film of her husband Nightcrawler was one of her roles. The Intern, and Just Getting Started were comedies with a light-hearted tone that she appeared in.

Then she joined Invicta Fighting Championships before joining Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC). Following her joining of in the UFC in 2011, she became a household-name due to the success that she achieved both in and out of the octagon. Namajunas is the name of a Lithuanian born American, who was born on the 29th of June 1991 at Milwaukee Wisconsin. Rose participated in kickboxing and basketball while growing up. At 18 years old she made her professional debut for Invicta Fighting Championships in which she won two fights via submission. Dana White took notice of the fact that she had won, and was accepted into the strawweight division of UFC in the month of December, 2014 when Rose was only 22. Rose has experienced highs as well as her lows as well throughout her professional career, but she always came out on the top. Rose fought Carla Esparza in April 2015 for the Women's Strawweight Championship. Rose won the bout by technical knockout within 3 minutes after the start of the round. This was the first time a woman competed to win a title in any of the major promotions in the world. Namajunas was able to record many other victories, including 2 victories against Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her Best Performance of the Night award from UFC.
